Extrudr | FD3D GmbH develops and produces technical monofilaments that are used in additive manufacturing for 3D printing. The company is a pioneer in the production of filaments from bio-based plastics. What started in 2014 like a typical start-up in a garage has grown rapidly over the last few years. Driven by the idea of realising their own ideas with 3D printing, the company was founded by Marco Depaoli and Johannes Früh. Today, countless customers realise their ideas with Extrudr filaments. Since the end of 2024, Extrudr has moved into its new headquarters in the industrial area in Lustenau, Austria. The modern building brings together offices, production, shipping, as well as research and development under one roof and offers state-of-the-art workspaces with optimal infrastructure. At the same time, the location stands out for its central position and excellent accessibility.
