Now reinforced 20% with glass fibers, PEEK+GF20 has exceptional mechanical, thermal, and chemical resistance properties along with its low warp, increased stiffness, and improved dimensional stability.
PEEK+G20 is a go-to material in some of the most demanding applications where failure is not an option. PEEK is an advanced, ultra-high-temperature polymer that demands industrial printing conditions to achieve consistent results.
Plan on a 360–450°C hot end, 120–160°C bed, and a fully enclosed, actively heated chamber (70–150°C) to control warping and ensure strong layer adhesion.
