PEEK has exceptional mechanical, thermal, and chemical resistance properties making it a go-to material in some of the most demanding applications where failure is not an option.

PEEK is an advanced, ultra-high-temperature polymer that demands industrial printing conditions to achieve consistent results.

Plan on a 360–450°C hot end, 120–160°C bed, and a fully enclosed, actively heated chamber (70–150°C) to control warping and ensure strong layer adhesion.

Best practices also include thorough filament drying, slow print speeds, and reduced or disabled part-cooling fan. Most standard desktop printers can’t reliably maintain these conditions.
